Shashi Jeevan M. P.
VP of Delivery at a fintech Global In-house Centre (GIC) in Hyderabad, running the engineering organization behind a US lending platform. This site is where I write down what actually works in Azure — the parts that don't make it into the official docs.
Most Azure content is written to rank, not to help. I run a real engineering organization inside a regulated fintech environment — every RBAC decision, every conditional access policy, has a production consequence attached to it. AzureProGuide is where I document that work directly: what I'm learning while studying for AZ-104, what I've hardened in our own Active Directory Certificate Services, and the architecture decisions that held up under an actual audit.
The pivot — HP / Verifone
A deliberate move into product engineering that led to a US patent (No. 6,609,084) — the starting point for a career built on shipping systems that have to work, not just demo well.
28+ years in software engineering
M.Tech from IIT Kharagpur, B.E. from Osmania University. Two decades-plus spanning individual contribution, architecture, and engineering leadership.
VP of Delivery, Tekfriday
Leading delivery for a fintech GIC serving a US lending platform out of Hyderabad — where identity, governance, and compliance aren't theoretical.
AZ-104 & community contribution
Studying toward AZ-104 (target: September 2026) while building this site as a public record of that process — and working toward a Microsoft MVP nomination in the Azure category.
